Do you ship overseas?
We sure do! We ship all over the world, as long as our products are allowed in the receiving country. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We use UPS for most international packages.
What are the shipping times over bank holidays?
While we still continue to ship out everyday. During bank holidays there are usually delays on the courier side of things. Please see below for 2024:
March 29th, April 1st, May 6th, May 27th, August 26th, December 25th & 26th - Couriers not operating.
What's the difference between Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service aims to deliver the next business day, however, the time given by Royal Mail is 1-3 business days. Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2 business days, but this is given 2-5 business days. During busy times, these are likely to be delivered during the wider time frames.
When do I need to place my order by to get same day dispatch?
Our order cut off for same day dispatch is 2pm for UPS and 3pm for Royal Mail. Depending on the amount of orders we receive, orders after this time could still make it out the same day. Orders after the cut off will be dispatched the following day.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here (in the UK) can take up to 5 business days to arrive depending on service selected and other events like Black Friday, but usually much faster. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days, again location dependent. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
I placed my order Friday evening and selected next day shipping. Why isn't my order here?
While we are incredibly fast at getting orders out the door. Any orders placed after 3pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday (Exc. Bank Holidays). Our shipping partners don't operate over the weekend. Your order will still be shipped next day and with you the day after dispatch.
Will all these parts work with non-Tokyo Marui Hi-Capas?
All the parts we sell, unless specified are for Tokyo Marui Hi-Capas. While some parts may fit other brands of Hi-Capas, they may require filing/sanding or not fit at all. If you are unsure please get in contact prior to placing an order or get in contact with a competent Airsoft tech.
