We operate a working-day dispatch service. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with the vast majority of orders leaving the same day. Our cut-off times for same-day dispatch are:

UPS: 2:00pm
Unless otherwise stated, orders placed after these times will be dispatched on the next working day.
Occasionally, we may be away from the business, which can result in dispatch delays. Any changes to dispatch times will be clearly communicated on our website, social media channels, and order confirmation emails.
Please note that orders requiring additional work, such as stippling, servicing, custom builds, or other specialist services, may require additional processing time before dispatch.
While we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates only.
Adverse weather conditions, courier delays, industrial action, staffing shortages, customs procedures, and other events outside of our control may affect delivery times.
As we do not directly control the courier networks, we cannot provide specific delivery times. We recommend monitoring your tracking information regularly for the most up-to-date delivery updates.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents carefully. Although rare, mistakes can happen. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Unless otherwise stated, free shipping is available for mainland UK addresses only. Orders shipped outside of mainland UK may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once your order has been placed and secured with our supplier.
Pre-order products will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving stock from the manufacturer or supplier.
Please note that release dates and delivery schedules are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice. We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing, distribution, or supplier issues beyond our control.
All international orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.
International orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
All international orders are sold excluding UK VAT. Upon arrival in your destination country, local VAT, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges may be payable before your parcel can be delivered.
Any taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping costs or checkout total.
If customs intervention is required, UPS may contact you directly. Please refer to the invoice attached to your order confirmation email if requested. While we electronically provide this information to UPS, they may occasionally request additional documentation from the recipient.

Before dispatching certain airsoft products internationally, we may contact you to confirm that the item can be legally imported into your country. Once approval has been received from you, the order will be shipped. Hi-Capa Hub cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are seized by customs or other authorities.
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or otherwise returned to us, any refund issued will be less any shipping costs, customs charges, return fees, or other costs incurred as a result of the return.
Free shipping promotions apply to UK orders only unless otherwise stated.
US customs regulations and tariffs may apply to certain imported goods, including airsoft products, accessories, and related equipment.
Your order may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees upon arrival in the United States.

Are assessed by US Customs and Border Protection and associated agencies.
Are the responsibility of the recipient.
Are not included in your checkout total.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential charges that may apply.
We have no control over customs inspections, charges, tariffs, or delays.
Refusal to pay customs charges may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed by customs authorities.
Refunds will not be issued for parcels refused due to unpaid customs duties, tariffs, or taxes.

From 1st July, a new EU customs processing fee may apply to orders imported into the European Union with a value below €150.
Under the updated EU customs framework, eligible shipments may be subject to a €3 customs handling fee per line item. This charge is imposed by customs authorities and/or shipping providers and is not set or collected by Hi-Capa Hub.
Orders shipped to EU member states with a total value under €150 may incur an additional charge of €3 per individual product line.
The fee forms part of the EU's updated import procedures and may apply regardless of the retailer.
Charges may be collected by customs authorities, couriers, or other parties involved in the import process.
We recommend that EU customers take these potential charges into account before placing an order.
As with all international shipments, any VAT, import duties, customs charges, tariffs, brokerage fees, or handling fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
